The Laboratory of hygiene properties is a department of the Accredited Testing Laboratory No. 1004 that specialises in analysing the health safety of products and materials. Many year's experience, cooperation with National Institute of Public Health in Prague, active involvement in the field of legislation and standardisation of consumer products have enabled the laboratory to obtain authorization from the Ministry of Health for the examination of the health safety of products coming into contact with food and meals.

The laboratory examines health safety of products intended for contact with water according to requirements of the Ministry of Health's No. 409/2005, Coll., on hygiene requirements for products coming into direct contact with water and for water treatment.
